Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at dbeetlellc@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned without first requesting and receiving approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at dbeetlellc@gmail.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Personal care or beauty products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging — and you must provide proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
