Maple Corner Woodworks Full-Size Solid Hardwood Platform Bed Frame – Vermont Made - Japanese Joinery

Annihilate the landfill—sleep on real craftsmanship instead of another disposable metal or particleboard bed frame.

This is a handcrafted Maple Corner Woodworks Cherry Moon Dovetail platform bed, made in Vermont from solid hardwood. It is substantial, repairable, American-made furniture—not a flat-pack frame destined for the curb. The low, architectural platform profile, warm natural wood finish, and carefully executed tapered dovetail joinery give it that quietly expensive, design-forward look that makes people ask who made it.

The D’Beetle Difference
• Authentic Vermont Craftsmanship: Maple Corner Woodworks is known for made-to-order, solid-wood furniture. This Cherry Moon Dovetail bed has the material quality, construction, and clean modern lines that are difficult to find in contemporary mass-market furniture.
• Real Dovetail Joinery: The frame’s distinctive tapered/dovetail corner construction is both a visual feature and a mark of thoughtful craftsmanship—not decorative faux joinery.
• Complete Hardwood Slat System: Includes the full support system with 20 solid hardwood slats, providing mattress support and airflow without a box spring.
• Low-Profile Platform Design: Designed for a standard full mattress, which sits approximately 12.5 inches from the floor. Manufacturer dimensions for the full platform version are approximately 56.5” W × 75” L × 14” H. Please measure your mattress, doorway, and room before purchase.
• Built for Decades, Not Disposal: Solid hardwood construction means this frame can be maintained, refinished, repaired, and enjoyed for many more years—exactly the kind of furniture worth keeping in circulation.
